GO >Setting >Posts, comments and sharing (click)
A new page will appear in blogger dashboard.
Now click the front option of Comment Location ?
Select Embedded option form the menu and Click On Save Setting.

Step # 2

Enable Blogger Comments following these steps.

First Login your blogger dashboard
Go>> Post>Edit
Post will open now click on option and Allow Reader comments.

After completing this process now open your blog and check comment box in your posts
